Book your a Discovery Call:

Let's get to know each other! This call gives us the opportunity to chat about your current symptoms and how we can help you overcome them.

 Step 2 

Book your 60-minute Comprehensive Intake:

Once we start working together, our first session will be all about taking a deep dive into your symptoms and health history. This will help uncover the root cause issues of your digestive concerns. From there, we will map out a step-by-step strategy to get you to your health goals and start enjoying life symptom free!

 Step 3 

Personalized Gut Health Plan + Implementation Call

You will receive a personalized gut health plan with nutrition, recipes, lifestyle and supplement recommendations which will be updated based on your needs and progress. We eill also coonect to go over the plan and answer any questions you may have.

 Step 4 

Bi-Weekly 1:1 Virtual Support & Strategy Calls:

 

During these call we will celebrate wins, address roadblacks and make ajustments when needed.

These calls are designed to keep you on track and provide support for every step of the program.

 Step 5 

Weekly Check ins + Unlimited FB Messanger & Email Support:

Have questions between support calls? No problem!

You have full access to unlimited email and messenger support to ask questions and get support whenever you need it.

I will also  be checking in every week to offer support and cheer you on!

Step 6

Off Boarding + Post Program Check-In

At the end of the program, we will put into place a maintenance strategy to ensure you continue to maintain the great results you've achieved during the program. 

We will also connect one month after the program has ended to make sure you're staying on track.
