When it comes to Diet and Lifestyle there is no "one size fits all" 
We are  biochemically unique and require different needs based on a verity of factors (genes, age, gender, activity, stress levels, lifestyle etc.)
My programs are 100%  customized to ensure you reach your goals and optimum health.
Wellness Program
Step 1 | Initial Assessment | 75 min

As a holistic nutritionist, I want to get a well-rounded picture of your current lifestyle and state of health. This will incorporate going over your medical history, food diary and lifestyle questions.  Also, this will be a great time to talk about your personal health goals and things you want to achieve by working together. By the end of the session I will be able to give you small steps to proceed with while I make your program. Programs take 5-7 days to complete.

Step 2 | Health Plan & Education Session | 1 hour

The week following your intake, we will meet again to discuss the results of your intake assessment and to go over your personalized health plan. Your plan includes:

Nutritional analysis, Dietary recommendation, Recipes, Supplement protocol,  and lifestyle guidelines

 

During this time you will also have the opportunity to ask any of the questions you may have.

 This session will equip you with the knowledge to confidently put the steps into action and reach your goals!

Step 3 | Follow up  Support Session

Follows ups allow us to chat about your progress, tackle and areas you might be struggling with and make alterations to your plan as you start reaching your goals!

Weather you have chosen a package for us to chat every week or just want to check in once in a while, keep in touch to keep on track and progressing towards your optimal health.
